Hey thanks for reading my page and visiting my blog  www.fitbytes.com.  I've been a personal  trainer (21 years)  former Division I wrestler (Clemson University) and graduate in Biochemistry/Nutrition.   I train most of my clients using intense cardio training, boxing (real boxing technique), body resistance and some weight exercises.

I'm not one of those guys who declares to have lost 100 lbs and now is a weight loss expert because he skips Mcdonalds and now goes to Wendy's.  I've always eaten a wholefoods type of diet and declare myself a true advocate of all natural and chemical free foods.

Much of my motivation for my information is because I can’t believe the garbage workouts, gadgets and just plain B.S. people are getting on the Internet to get fit.  So, if your looking for a magic pill than you definitely shouldn't read my articles.
